These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the XintoX platform, website (xintox.com), and associated Model Context Protocol (MCP) services. XintoX is developed, owned, and operated by Aanwik Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, generating API keys, purchasing a subscription, or using the XintoX services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
XintoX is a proprietary Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and developer productivity platform that distills codebase relationships and AST symbols into token-compressed context packets for AI coding editors (Cursor, Google Antigravity, Windsurf, Claude Code, VS Code). Services are offered on a software subscription basis under Community (Free), Pro Developer, and Team Cloud plans.
Clarification on API Credentials: Aanwik Solutions does NOT sell, resell, broker, or trade third-party API keys, license keys, virtual credits, or vouchers. Subscriptions grant access to the proprietary XintoX cloud software platform. Any API keys or access tokens provided in user dashboards are solely personal, cryptographic authentication credentials (bearer tokens) allowing authorized users to connect their local IDE or CLI to their own private XintoX software workspace, identical to API tokens provided by platforms such as GitHub, Atlassian, or Datadog.
To access paid features or obtain cloud API credentials, you must register an account and provide accurate contact and billing details. You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and credentials. Each API key is strictly intended for use under your authorized subscription tier and single-device binding policies. Any unauthorized sharing or scraping is strictly prohibited.
Paid subscriptions (Pro Developer at ₹299/month and Team Cloud at ₹499/seat/month) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. All payments on xintox.com are securely processed via Razorpay payment gateway in compliance with RBI guidelines and PCI-DSS standards. By subscribing, you authorize Aanwik Solutions to charge your selected payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) for recurring subscription fees until cancelled.
XintoX is a digital SaaS solution. Upon successful payment verification via Razorpay, your account tier is updated instantaneously and Cloud Gateway API access is activated without any manual delay. Invoices and payment receipts are automatically emailed to your registered address.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Client Portal. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid subscribers. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Zero-Code Retention Policy: We do not store, view, or retain your proprietary source code. AST parsing and relationship mapping are processed in volatile memory. You retain 100% intellectual property ownership over all code and projects processed through XintoX. All trademarks, software architecture, algorithms, and logos associated with XintoX are the exclusive property of Aanwik Solutions.
In no event shall Aanwik Solutions, its directors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, service interruptions, or AI agent outputs. Our total aggregate liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding month.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.
