1. Digital Services Nature

XintoX (xintox.com) is an online software-as-a-service (SaaS) and API-based developer tool operated by Aanwik Solutions ("Company", "we", "us"). Because all products, features, and subscriptions provided on this website are 100% digital software services, there are no physical shipments, parcels, or postal deliveries.

2. Electronic Delivery Process & Timeline

Delivery is instantaneous and digital:

Instant Provisioning: Upon successful transaction completion via Razorpay, your subscription plan (Pro Developer or Team Cloud) is immediately activated on your XintoX account.
SaaS Platform & Workspace Access: Your software subscription and personal access credentials become operational in real-time, accessible immediately in your client dashboard at xintox.com/client/keys.
Email Confirmation & Invoice: An automated confirmation email containing your payment receipt, Razorpay transaction ID, and tax invoice is dispatched to your registered email address within 5 minutes of payment.

3. Shipping Charges

Since all services are delivered electronically via the internet, there are zero shipping charges, packaging fees, or delivery costs. The price displayed on our Pricing page is the total amount payable.

4. Delivery Assistance & Support

If you have successfully completed a payment via Razorpay but have not received your license activation, API credentials, or confirmation email within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or reach out immediately to our support team:
