1. Data Controller & Operator

This Privacy Policy applies to the XintoX platform (xintox.com) operated by Aanwik Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to respecting your privacy and protecting personal data collected in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India), IT Rules, and international privacy standards.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum necessary data to provide our services:

Account Information: Name, business email address, organization name, and authentication credentials when creating an account.
Payment Transaction Data: When purchasing a subscription, transaction metadata (order ID, payment ID, amount, timestamp, plan) is processed through Razorpay. We do NOT store complete credit card or debit card numbers on our servers.
Usage & Telemetry Data: Token savings metrics, query latency, and language standard calls to optimize engine performance.
Device Identification: Device platform and machine hostname hash to enforce single-device API key binding security.

3. Zero Source Code Retention Guarantee

Your source code is never stored: XintoX parses AST symbols and relationship graphs strictly in temporary volatile memory to extract precision context for your AI coding agents. We never save your proprietary codebase to persistent disks, and we never use your private codebase to train external artificial intelligence models.

4. Free Tier vs. Paid Tier Privacy

On the Free Community plan, anonymized public framework patterns and common syntax idioms are indexed into the XintoX Global Collective Intelligence database to benefit developers worldwide. Subscribers to our Pro Developer and Team Cloud tiers are hosted on 100% private, isolated database shards where zero patterns or queries are ever shared into the global pool.

5. Payment Security via Razorpay

All financial transactions are handled through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. Razorpay is certified under PCI-DSS Level 1 (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and uses 256-bit SSL encryption. Your card data is tokenized directly by Razorpay in compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) tokenization guidelines.

6. Cookies & Session Tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain authenticated sessions and remember your UI currency preference (INR vs. USD). We do not sell personal browsing data to advertising brokers.

7. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of your personal account data and indexed workspaces at any time by emailing our Data Protection Officer at support@aanwik.com.
